Dorco is a Korean brand that produces not very pricey yet effective razors. Our agency was a participant in a tender which we've won. For tender I was a part of creative team which was developing a core idea. Then I was developing the website and social media design along with the presentation.
Below are the photoshoots I've made for Dorco: product and bloggers photoshoots. I was developing the visual language and ideas along with the execution which consists of backstage work and retouch.
In addition, I was guiding the work of retouch designers on model photoshoot.
Bloggers photoshoot
With these photos Dorco is saying that the beard nor the shaved face affects who you really are, that you have to stay true to yourself no matter what. The idea if the photoshoot was to reflect the blogger's profession with only himself and the razor as the main prop. On the second frame there is shaving, while on the third there is the result. Despite being a product oriented advertising our creative approach turned it in rather lively photoshoot. Good results were achieved as more people joined the Dorco Instagram account.
